音乐“课程标准”实施下的冷思考

摘   要

2001年7月教育部颁布了《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准(实验稿)》,(以下简称《标准》),并计划在5年内逐步向全国推广。2006年即标准颁布实施的第5年,回顾标准对我国21世纪初音乐教育的重大影响,其中有成果也有教训,其成果是标准颁布以来,音乐教育的重心从单纯注重传授知识转向注重学生学习能力、实践能力的培养,实现了课程性质和价值观的转变,学生学习方式的转变,重视音乐教育对人的创造性思维的.发展,丰富了音乐教育的人文内涵,改进和完善了评价机制。但是《标准》在实施中也出现了诸多问题,本文从以下几个方面进行阐述:首先是《标准》实施下的问题,如课堂教学重形式轻内容、后期管理滞后;其次是针对问题提出的对策,如兼顾内容与形式、完善后期管理等等。

ABSTRACT

The State Education Department issued The Music Course Standards of Full-time Compulsory Education in June, 2001 and planned to popularize it in five years. Review the five years the Standards being carried out, both achievements and lessons can be found. Since the Standards was issued, the focus of music teaching has been moved from sole knowledge impartation to cultivation of learning skill and practice skill; the nature and the value orientation of the course has changed. The Standards has brought the change of students’ learning style and the development of students’ creative thinking. The humanism intention of music teaching has been enriched and the evaluation system has been improved and perfected. But meanwhile, many problems has been appearing in the process of carrying out the Standards, disorder appears in classroom teaching; traditional teaching media is despised and the quality of textbook is not guaranteed.
