摘 要
在基础教育课程改革全面展开的背景下，随着科技进步，多媒体教学等现代化科技教育教学改革，教师素质是问题的关键。在新1轮基础教育改革的背景下，就中小学音乐教育来说，新的音乐教育理念和音乐课积极性的措施，给音乐教师队伍冲击与挑战是前所未有的.。要使基础音乐教育改革顺利开展，打造1支新型的适应教学要求的教师队伍至关重要。本文主要就中小学音乐教师的素质这1论题展开，重点就适应当前教育教学需要的中小学音乐教师的素质结构及素质的提高与优化的途径！

Reforms under the background in the elementary education curriculum which launches comprehensively, along with the advance in technology, modernized science and technology education educational reforms and so on multimedia teaching, the teacher quality is the question key. In under the new turn elementary education reform background, the elementary and middle schools music education, the new music education idea and the music lesson enthusiastic measure, for music teacher troop impact and the challenge is unprecedented.
